The Fitzgerald Law Firm has an excellent track record of obtaining meaningful jury verdicts and settlements for our clients. Our track record is directly correlated to the caliber of our attorneys and our principle to find the truth in every case.

For some cases, we have listed the verdict or settlement but some were confidential settlements at the defendants' request.

This list is necessarily limited. Call us if you would like to hear about others so you can make a wise choice about who should handle your case. Some of these matters resulted in confidential settlements.

The results obtained in any case were dependent on the facts of that case, and as your case involves different facts, you should expect different results.”
